Stepper motors are a particular type of motor that moves in discrete steps. When one set of windings is energized, the motor can move a step in one direction, and when another is energized, the motor moves a step in the other direction. NEMA Stepper Motor is simple to control and easy to use. The motors have a fast response and high acceleration. Their speed is not dependent on contact friction, so it is easier to pick up speed quickly.

The motors are a special kind of motor that moves in discrete steps. NEMA 11 are tiny high torque stepper motors that reach speeds up to 3000 rpm. These stepper motors are suitable for precise, repetitive movements, such as those made by the head of a 3D printer. Similar to the hands of a clock, their shaft turns in small, equal increments. When the shaft stops, it holds its position even when a counteracting force is applied to the load.

NEMA 34 stepper motors spread over six different stator lengths. The hybrid stepping motor is a stepper motor designed by combining the advantages of a permanent magnet and reactive. It is controlled by microcontroller units indirectly through appropriate motor drivers.
